1. About these terms

These terms apply to everyone who visits or buys from snappr.co.za ("SNAPPR", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

2. Products

We do our best to show our wallets accurately. Product photos are styled images and colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Our wallets are designed for MagSafe-compatible phones and cases; please check that your phone or case is MagSafe-compatible before ordering.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in South African rand (ZAR) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery fees are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order, using the payment methods available at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders you've already placed.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We'll confirm it by email. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is out of stock, if there was an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

5. Delivery

Delivery is handled as described in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns are handled as described in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the SNAPPR name, logo, product designs, photos and text, belongs to SNAPPR or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, SNAPPR is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
